English abstract:
Abstract (Security is of prime importance for every business: security breaches can affect both a company´s
value and its reputation. The constantly growing need for business security fosters the steady development of
new technological solutions. Unfortunately, companies often rely blindly on technology to mitigate as many
risks as possible that occur in their work environment. However technology leaves a significant gap in security:
technical solutions are made by humans and administered by humans and the output of technical solutions is
interpreted by humans. All of these factors taken as a whole comprise the greatest security issue: "the human
factor" [Maris 2005].)
