English abstract:
The precipitation behaviour of AlN and VN in microalloyed steels, as well as ntheir interactions is investigated numerically. Using the thermo-kinetic software MatCalc and the corresponding database `mc_steel´, computer simulations of the precipitation kinetics of both phases are performed. To mimic the heterogeneous precipitation of AlN along austenite grain boundaries, a new model for precipitation at grain boundaries is used, which takes into account the fast short circuit diffusion along grain boundaries. By studying the precipitation process of these two phases it is clearly demonstrated, that the precipitation of VN in the matrix is more rapid than the sluggish precipitation of AlN at austenite grain boundaries. However, because of thermodynamic reasons, the more sTab. AlN phase overgrows and dissolves the earlier precipitated VN. The computed results are compared to several independent experimental results from literature.
