English abstract:
The present work deals with the numerical simulation of the precipitation kinetics of AlN in the ferrite phase field of microalloyed steels. Using the software package MatCalc, computer simulations of AlN precipitation kinetics are performed and compared to a large number of independent experimental results. For this purpose, a new model for precipitation at grain boundaries is used, which takes into account fast short-circuit diffusion along grain boundaries as well as the slower bulk diffusion of atoms from inside the grain to the grain boundaries. Furthermore, the precipitation of randomly distributed precipitates at dislocations is considered, taking into account the volumetric mismatch between precipitate and matrix. All simulations are performed with a single set of input parameters. Depending on chemical composition, grain size and annealing temperature, predominant precipitation at grain boundaries or at dislocations is observed as well as simultaneous precipitation of both types in direct competition.
