Kurzfassung englisch:
This publication deals with the business practice of service, i.e. with the organisation,
processes and development of services and presents a clear picture of the current situation
in the industry and of the direction in which companies must develop. Industrial Services
adapted to the requirements of the customers and aligned with the specifications of the physical
products are becoming increasingly important for companies in the engineering industry
in order to remain competitive and to ensure long-term economic success. This paper should
give a general idea of what the future needs for action in these companies and in applied research
