This paper presents the prototypical implementation of a predictive (simulation-powered)
control approach for passive cooling in buildings. Two rooms of a recently constructed office
building were selected and equipped with necessary sensors and actuators toward
configuration and testing of the proposed control method in a realistic environment. The paper
describes the simulation-based control approach, examines monitored data, and presents the
results of conducted virtual tests of the control system's performance.
