English abstract:
First, we give a short introduction to the theory of interpolation spaces. We give an overview on the K-Method and show how Sobolev spaces with broken differentiation index can be defined equivalently.
Then we show how the theory of interpolation spaces can be applied to the analysis of adaptive boundary element methods in three dimensions. Under the so-called saturation assumption, we prove convergence of an adaptive boundary element method for the Dirichlet problem.
