Kurzfassung englisch:
A software interface in FORTRAN has been built to enable data transfer from a SPEX RAMALOG Laser Raman System to a DIGITAL MINC 11 minicomputer. The interface overcomes problems arising from incompatibilities in hardware and data-linkage.
The PDP-11/03 central unit (64 K bytes, expanded with a digital input-, and a clock-module) performs the data transfer in the foreground and simultaneously a graphic display on a video screen and data storage on magnetic diskettes in the background.
The subsequent data handling like signal averaging is possible with a high flexible minicomputer-based system.
