English abstract:
Based on the recording of load spectrums on a machine tools the wear of machine parts can be estimated in detail. Using this technology implemented in a machine tool control a new functionality in the fields of lifecyclecosts optimization could be offered.
German abstract:
Durch die Erfassung des Lastkollektivs auf Werkzeugmaschinen wird die Beurteilung des Verschleißzustandes ermöglicht. Mit dieser auf der Maschinensteuerung implementierten Lösung werden neue Möglichkeiten in der Lebensdauer-Kostenoptimierung eröffnet.
