English abstract:
We report on magnetization and torque measurements of SmBa2Cu3O7-δ (Sm123) single crystals with an
oxygen content 7-δ = 6.60, 6.70 and 6.78. The anisotropy increases from 40.1 0.4 to 56.4 0.7 with
decreasing oxygen content from 6.78 to 6.70. The crossover field, Hcr, where the irreversibility line
changes slope, is lowered for crystal with a lower oxygen content. The Hcr values are higher for Sm123
than for YBa2Cu3O7-δ (Y123) single crystals. The anisotropy dependence on the oxygen content is compared
to that of Y123.
