Kurzfassung englisch:
The thesis reports about detailed investigations on Coordination Compounds of with Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, Cd2+ and Hg2+ ions with the Mannich Bases 1-[(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl)(pheny1)methyl]urea(USB), 1-[(morpholino(phenyl)methyl)]pyrroli-dine-2,5-dione (SMB), 1-[(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl)(phenyl)methyl] thiourea (TSB) and 1-[( dicyclohexylamino )(phenyl)methyl)]pyrrolidine-2,5-dione (SDB) which where formed by the condensation of succinimide, benzaldehyde and urea / morpholine / thiourealdicyclohexylamine. The structures of the Mannich Base ligands was investigated elucidated by IR, UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, Mass spectroscopy and single crystal x-ray diffraction. The structures of the metal complexes were investigated using analytical, electrical conductivity, spectral and magnetic
studies as well as elemental analytic techniques. Also magnetic susceptibility and conductance data have been measured for the complexes.
