"Initiative Island" ist ein semi-permanentes Projekt, ein Vorhang, der anlässlich der Eröffnungsausstellung von Eastside Projects "This is the Gallery and the Gallery are Many Things" installiert wurde. Im Rahmen der "Curtain Show", 2010 (kuratiert von Céline Condorelli) bewegte er sich von seinem üblichen Ort und wurde Teil der Ausstellung.
