English abstract:
The following are equivalent for a finitely generated pro p group G:
a) G is a finite cyclic p-extension of a free pro-p group.
b) G acts on a pro-p tree with vertex stabilizers finite cyclic p-groups.
German abstract:
Folgende Eigenschaften sind für eine endlich erzeugte pro-p Gruppe G G gleichwertig:
a) G ist endliche zyklische p-Erweiterung einer freien pro-p Gruppe
b) G agiert mit endlichen zyklischen p-Gruppen als Knotenstabilisatoren auf einem pro-p Baum.
