Kurzfassung englisch:
The thesis reports about detailed investigations on Pd complexes with 1,10-phen=1,10-phenanthroline and Pt complexes with 2-aminomethylpyridine as model complexes for kinetic and mechanistic studies of bio-molecular substitution reaction in aqueous medium at pH 6.5 and pH 4.0 respectively. The investigation covers extensive preparative work in the laboratory and detailed characterisation of the obtained species. Kinetic work concerning the interaction of these complexes with bio-important ligands has beeb elaborated in detail in dependence of both, temperature and pH-values.
