English abstract:
Within the research project "KoWaLo" a framework for configuring adaptable logistics chain will be developed
in order to consider the effects of adaptability on the whole supply chain. General constitutive characteristics
of logistics are with a scenario based approach using key performance indicators matched with the
characteristics of adaptability. The matching allows for an identification and assessment of the main
constitutive characteristics of adaptable logistics and concludes therewith the procedural method, which in
turn is the focus of this paper.
