"Novel thiazolamine derivatives as differentiation accelerators and their preparation";
Patent: Österreich, Nr. At 510456 B1; eingereicht: 27.09.2010, erteilt: 26.07.2012.

Kurzfassung englisch:
The invention relates to the use of a thiazolamine deriv. of formula I for acceleration of the differentiation of cells. Compds. of formula I wherein R1, R2 and R3 are independently H, (un)substituted Bn, (un)substituted aryl and (un)substituted heteroaryl, provided that max. one of R1 - R3 is H; R4 is (un)substituted benzyl, (un)substituted aryl and (un)substituted heteroaryl; dashed bond is single or double bond; n is 0 to 2; are claimed. Example compd. II was prepd. by arylation of N-benzyl-N-phenylthiazol-2-amine with iodobenzene. All the invention compds. were evaluated for their cell differentiation accelerating ability and toxicity (some data given).
