Kurzfassung englisch:
A review on trends in anal. chem. regarding electrochem. biosensors with nanopores detecting single mols., nanoparticles of molecularly imprinted polymers for recognition of proteins und nucleic acid, and SERS by nanostructures. The dimensions of stationary phases for liq. chromatog. decreased below 3 μm for particle size and pore sizes in the 10-nm-range. Presented are probes for scanning microscopy and their combination, efficient light sources and new methods for vibrational spectroscopy, alternative methods for ICP and at. absorption spectrometry in routine anal., as well as application of chemometrics.
