English abstract:
In the Post-War period Amsterdam developed into a prime example of a "just city", in particular thanks to the tightly regulated housing market that gave market forces little room for maneuver. Market-based housing reforms since the beginning of the 1990s, however, have put justice in the city under concrete threat.
