Kurzfassung englisch:
The impact of time-periodic coefficients, also known as parametric excitation, on
the dynamic stability of MEMS-structures is investigated. While single-dof MEMS only exhibit
unstable behavior within certain intervals of the parametric excitation frequency, do multi-dof
systems also show frequency intervals of enhanced stability. This phenomenon is modeled and
studied for a MEMS-structure and some novel results are discussed.
