English abstract:
To improve the current economic situation in the East Balkan Countries and for solving some problems first ideas are presented. The main goal of this paper is to propose a weighted synergy of education (MSc program), innovation ( e.g. new appropriate technologies and business methodologies), application oriented research (labs., KTC`s) as a approach for improving the economy in such regions. Wider objectives are the improvement of higher education yielding to a better employability of their graduates, a stimulation for the establishment of new efficient companies. Specific target groups that could benefit from the proposal are graduates from the program, Universities and the industry.
