Kurzfassung englisch:
An Ising-like Hamiltonian corresponding to the mathematical solutions of the free energy functional taking into account binary and ternary interactions has been derived. Parameters of this Hamiltonian refer to the properties of binary and many-body molecular interactions whereas those of the original Ising like Hamiltonian refer to the properties of sublattices.
