English abstract:
The diffusion kinetics along grain boundaries and dislocations (pipe diffusion) is reassessed in pure Al, alpha- and gamma-Fe and Ni. The data of all experiments that could be taken into account is critically reviewed and analyzed. The suggested values given in the present work have been obtained with focus on consistency and applicability to thermo-kinetic simulations based on models involving dislocation pipe diffusion and grain boundary precipitation. The proposed data is given for the entire range from room temperature up to the melting point.
