Kurzfassung englisch:
The Slovak-Austrian project "The Statistical Analysis in Support of Measurement Development and Evaluation" is research oriented and a mobility project. The complex project objective is reached for by technology knowledge definition, technology transfer, deepening of knowledge within selected areas, update of teaching and education curricular and related. The main project result was to prepare and submit altogether eight high level scientific contributions to international scientific conferences, scientific seminars, scientific journals and current content listed journals. The bilateral project supported by the governmental cooperation aiming to support research on international scientific and technological level enabled research and mobility activities in the duration of two years.
The first project task was to collect and discuss research papers and to find the applicable areas and problems for research. The statistical methodology, various data mining approaches and quality assurance methods are methodologies leading in general to innovation and they should be the corner stone of the project research focus within the measurement science and metrology as well as nanotechnology and nano metrology areas. An important case study was the exploitation of the possibility of data mining approach implementation in dynamic calibration systems or measurement devices database with knowledge discovery.
