"Mysteries of Light and Not-So-Light Scalar Mesons";
Keynote Lecture: Eingeladener Vortrag im Physikalischen Seminar der Universität Graz, Graz (invited); 2013-01-08 - 2013-01-10.

English abstract:
Scalar mesons are QCD degrees of freedom with some peculiar features: they carry quantum numbers of vacuum but are identifiable as resonances;they should be of quark-antiquark structure but are too many to be simple quark-antiquark objects; and they are strongly mixed with each other so that disentangling them is in the majority of cases a highly non-trival task. I will review the current information and outstanding issues regarding scalar mesons, with particular emphasis on search for non-strange and strange quark-antiquark scalars in the physical spectrum.
