English abstract:
Modeling of large multi-purpose buildings for control
design of building services is a complex and application
specific task. In this work a general modeling approach is
proposed, which is based on a standardized work flow and
a small rule base. It aims at establishing an industrial tool
chain which eventually enables control engineers to model a
building and design a control strategy in the most efficient way.
The modeling workflow is clearly structured, and both data
driven and analytical modeling procedures are presented and
compared. Real data from a University building are utilized to
demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed methods.
