We state the experiment of the beta decay of free neutron with PERKEOIII instrument at ILL. With the measured data, the coefficient A and the coupling ratio λ are derived. We present the design of the next spectrometer PERC, which aims to measure spectra of the decay products and the other observables distortion-free on 1E-4 level. For the momentum analyses, we propose a new measuring method based on the RxB drift effect.

Wir präsentieren ein Experiment zum Betazerfall des freien Neutrons, mit dem Instrument PERKEOIII am ILL. Aus den Messdaten wurden der Koeffizient A und das Verhältnis λ der Kopplungskonstanten bestimmt. Wir stellen das Nachfolgeinstrument PERC vor, dessen Ziel es ist, die Spektren der Zerfallsteilchen sowie weitere Observablen verzerrungsfrei auf dem 1E-4 Niveau zu messen. Zur Analyse der Teilchenimpulse präsentieren wir ein neues Messprinzip basierend auf dem RxB Drifteffekt.
