English abstract:
Problem Statement: The present study includes an evaluation of Alumni Concert Hall (ACH) at the College of Fine Arts and the Gymnasium (GYM) at the Skibo Gymnasium, in view of their appropriateness for rehearsal purposes of the Carnegie Mello University philharmonic orchestra. The ACH is currently used as a rehearsal space however the primary complain of the members of the orchestra are annoyed dur to the excessive high sound levels during rehearsal.
