English abstract:
Subject to new court rulings and legislative development it is not necessary any more to restrict the stock corporation's Articles of Association to the strict wording of the Stock Corporation Act.
German abstract:
Nach bislang herrschender Ansicht war die Satzung strikt an das Aktiengesetz gebunden, was aufgrund der neuern Judikatur in Zusammenschau mit der Rechtsentwicklung zu bezweifeln ist.
