Kurzfassung deutsch:
Active engine mounts make an important contribution to ensure the comfort in vehicles with
emission-reducing engine technologies, e.g., cylinder-on-demand (COD). To control active engine
mounts either adaptive filtering or map-based feedforward control is commonly employed. This
contribution proposes two methods to combine both control strategies in order to overcome their
respective disadvantages. Adaptive look-up tables are incorporated into a Multiple-
input-multiple-output-Newton/FxLMS adaptive feedforward control algorithm in two ways: as
parameter-maps or parallel-maps. The proposed control strategies are experimentally compared in
a vehicle with a V8-COD-engine. While both methods significantly reduce the convergence time
of the adaptive filter, the parallel implementation additionally improves the tracking behavior
during fast engine run-ups.

Kurzfassung englisch:
