Kurzfassung englisch:
In this work, seamless tubes of super duplex steel UNS S32760 have been treated thermally to induce the formation of different percentages of such sigma phase (0 - 20%). Samples with and without sigma phase have been tested using electrochemical and immersion techniques in order to evaluate the localized corrosion resistance.Thus, the objective has been to relate the influence of different percentages of sigma phase on the resistance to pitting corrosion in the super duplex UNS S32760.
