Talk: 41st International Conference on Micro&Nano Engineering 2015, Den Haag, Netherlands; 2015-09-21 - 2015-09-24; in: "MNE 2015 - Programme", (2015).

English abstract:
Single metal-oxide nanowires can be contacted and operated in the self-heating mode, where the measuring current both provides the resistance and the temperature required for the correct operation of the sensor. In this work we will described the fabrication, characterisation, the benefits and challenges of this technology
