"Time-frame calcualtion instead of classical power calculation for preventive interventions - a methodological suggestion";
Poster: Evidenzbasierung i. d. Gesundheitsförderung: Anspruch, Wirklichkeit und Beitrag der Evaluation, Wien; 2015-05-21.

English abstract:
Background
To promote prevention is very popular, but are the expectations realistic? A simulation model based evaluation of preventive interventions should be able to measure changes and to estimate them in a more realistic way than standard methods.
Aim
To develop a feasible method for measuring prevention outcomes in the Austrian setting with interfaces for international transferability and comparability. This work is included in the research project DEXHELPP to insure broad usability.
