English abstract:
As anticipated bay the author, the Austrian Constitutional Court avoided some sections of law which restricted the right to appeal to the Constituional Court.
German abstract:
Der VfGH sprach aus (wie vom Autor schon vorhergesagt), dass Verfahren nach § 37 Abs 1 MRG nicht pauschal vom Antragsrecht auf Normenkontrolle ausgeschlossen werden dürfen.
