Kurzfassung englisch:
The thesis reports about detailed investigations to identify active sites on medical
important species, namely drugs related to anticancer, proton pump inhibitors and
antihypertensive drugs. Aim was the identification an possible enhancement of the
active site due to understanding of their chemical origin and mutual interrelation with
their intermolecular environment.
