English abstract:
Platynereis dumerilii are marine worms
that reproduce by external fertilisation and exhibit
particular swimming behaviours during spawning.
In this paper we propose a novel worm tracking
approach that enables the 2D tracking and feature
extraction during the spawning process of these
worms.
The gathered data will be used in the
future to characterise and compare male and female
spawning behaviours.
