The talk gives an insight to the problem of loss of control concerning identity criteria in the online field und discusses legal and organizational aspects of identity protection (special focus on victim assistance and victim support).

Der Vortrag legt die verschiedenen Facetten des identitaetsbezogenen Kontrollverlusts im Onlinebereich dar und diskutiert aktuelle rechtliche und logistische Aspekte des Identitaetsschutzes (Focus insbesondere Opferschutz bzw. Opferhilfe).
