This document is Deliverable D5.1 "Ethical Guidelines and Legal Implications (General)" of the iToilet (ICT-enhanced Toilet Supporting Active Life) project within Call 2015 of the Ambient Assisted Living Joint Programme.
Deliverable D5.1 as part of the ethics management task deals with the ethical guidelines and legal issues which are of high importance for successful user involvement and evaluation in general.
A further deliverable D5.4 will be produced as an update for prototype trials.
