Kurzfassung englisch:
The Ph.D thesis begins with an interesting introduction to heterogeneous photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes presenting nicely a number of important dyes structured by their chromophoric groups. This is followed by a detailed Literature review related to ternary and quaternary metal oxides useful for the planned studies. A detailed description of the applied synthetic procedures and used experimental and analytical methods is given. Based on these methods results and discussion of a manifold of experimental results for a large number of organic dyes, presented before in the introduction is nicely structured presented. Finally a consecutive and detailed discussion of the obtained experimental results, mainly based on the metal oxide properties, is given.
