English abstract:
A lack of domain specific service catalogues is a main problem, that the potential of e-commerce is not utilized for product-services-systems in the manufacturing industry. This research develops a model that represents distinct attributes or dimensions as "facets" or main categories of service catalogues that allow users of e-marketplaces to browse services with greater flexibility.
