Kurzfassung englisch:
Photopolymerization in filled systems is the fundament of lithography-based ceramic manufacturing, where complex ceramic parts are built in a layer by layer curing process.1 The ceramic powders contained in the formulations, lead to decreased curing depths due to absorbance and scattering of light.2 By using high-wavelengths an increase of the curing depth is expected. For our investigations a NIR light source and a cyanine dye with different initiators as photoinitiating system, were selected. Reactivity measurements with different monomers, additives and additionally in hybrid systems were carried out. Furthermore the maximum curing depth in unfilled and filled systems and the storage stability were investigated.
