Kurzfassung englisch:
Hyaluronic Acid is
an unbranched polysaccharide,
which is abundantly present in the
extra-cellular matrix (ECM)
of vertebrate tissues[1] and hence
heavily used as a basic component
for biomedical applications.[2] So,
HA was chemically modified to
deliver low toxic vinyl esters.[3]
These were then explored as
monomers for the synthesis of
biocompatible hydrogels, used in
regenerative medicine.
2-Photon-Polymerization (2PP) was
used to fabricate 3D hydrogel
constructs with μm accuracy in the
presence of living cells.
