English abstract:
Light based additive manufacturing technologies (e.g. DLP)
+ High resolution ( 20 μm)
+ High writing speed (larger irradiation)
+ Advanced layer-to-layer interactions
- Accessible materials limited
Multifunctional methacrylates

. β-allyl sulfones are very potent AFCT reagents in methacrylate based formulations, however
unfavorable for rapid prototyping applications
. Ester activated vinyl sulfonate esters:
. Enable faster photopolymerization without retardation
. Reaches gelation at higher conversion
. Reduces shrinkage stress
. Increases double bond conversion of dimethacrylates
. Significantly toughens the dimethacrylate systems
+ Fast chain growth
+ Forms stiff networks
+ High heat resistance
- Very brittle polymers
Thiol-ene networks 1
+ Fast photopolymerization
+ High conversion
+ Low oxygen inhibition
- Strong odor
- Low storage stability
- Soft materials
β-Allyl sulfones2,3 (Generation I)
+ Fast photopolymerization
+ High conversion
+ Good storage stability
+ Homogeneus network
+ Tough crosslinked methacrylate systems
- Slight retardation
