In the last decades, there has been much progress in the building performance simulation domain in the last decades concerning methods and practices for specification of building geometry, material properties, and weather conditions.
However, modelling of people's presence and behaviour in buildings are still in need of substantial improvement. This talk addresses the relevant challenges and promising paths toward developing reliable people-related models for building analysis applications
