The thesis reports about detailed investigations of a suggested use of 1-(2-Pyridylazo)-2-naphthol a chromogenic reagent for the analytical determination oflanthanides in the presence of cationic, anionic and neutral surfactants which act as solubilising agents. Behind this study is the idea of "green chemistry" in analytical chemistry, especially spectroscopically analysis of lanthanoides based on micellar medias. This should prevent poisoning solvents and increase sensitivity and selectivity of the methods.

The PhD- thesis thesis is presented in four Sections divided into seven Chapters. The presented work begins with a introduction in mycel and spectroscopic methods, including various computational methods based on different algorithms which had to be developed to analyze experimental results.
