Barbara Holub and Christine Hohenbüchler have edited a lavishly assembled book that is part documentation and part fundus, manifesto, the latest research, and vision. All of these claims are mutually interdependent and amount to nothing less than the effort to assert a change in the interplay of art and urban development, and to bring it about in a meaningful way.
