gold is attractive materials for plasmonic structures due to its suitable electric permittivity. Focused Electron Beam Induced Deposition (FEBID)is a mask-less, resistless method where gold nanostructures can be deposited inside of a scanning electron microscope in one process step with the help of gas injection system (GIS).
