Kurzfassung englisch:
Generally, different resist-based nanofabrication techniques are used to produce plasmonic nanostructures. Nevertheless, it is not possible to fabricate complex 3D nanostructures using those methods. Focused electron beam induced deposition (FEBID) is a mask-free, resist-free, direct-write additive nanofabrication technique where gold nanostructures can be deposited in-situ in one process step. However, low purity of these structures are the major barrier behind its wider applications in plasmonics. This work will present a process to enhance the gold purity and will discuss the impact of the purity on plasmonic characteristics.
