English abstract:
In recent years, the enterprise risk management (ERM) has emerged as a powerful technique to drive managers evaluating and managing risk in an integrated, enterprise-wide way. However, many companies still struggle with ERM development as many of the articles describe what the process of ERM should look like and how it should function, but there are few that provide details of how to get to that step.
In order to cover this gap, and support entities in overcoming the ERM development challenge, this diploma thesis propose a a maturity development model for Enterprise Risk Management System in Austrian non-financial Enterprises
