"Photoinitiatoren für lichthärtende Zusammensetzungen";
Patent: WO, Nr. Wo2019020805 (a1); eingereicht: 31.01.2019.

Kurzfassung englisch:
The present invention relates to the use of compounds of the following formula (I) as photoinitiators or photosensitizers in a photopolymerizible composition (I), wherein R1 represents a monovalent, linear, branched or cyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having 1 to 20 carbon atoms which is optionally interrupted by one or more heteroatoms selected from -O- and -NR2- and which is optionally substituted with one or more substituents selected from -Cl, -Br, -OH, =O, -NH-CO-OR2, -NH-CO-R2 and free-radically or ionically polymerizable moieties, wherein the radicals R2 are each independently selected from -H and C1-6-alkyl; n ≥ 1, wherein: i) when n = 1, Z and Y are absent and X represents -OR3; and ii) when n>1 , Z represents -OR4-, Y represents -OR5- and X represents -H or -OH; wherein R3 represents -H or one of the options for R1; and R4 and R5 each independently represent a divalent hydrocarbon radical for which the same options as for R1 otherwise apply; wherein the polymerizable moieties as optional substituents of R1 are selected from polymerizable double and triple bonds and from the lactam, lactone and epoxide moieties obtainable by ring-opening polymerization; and wherein any two of the radicals R1 to R5 are optionally bonded to one another to form a ring or a dimer.
