English abstract:
The aim of the present Research is to inestigate the current state and the development of the Facility Management (FM) Market in Spain in comparison to other European countries. The study is included in a large-scale Project carried out by the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien). The University analyses the demand-side of FM on a yearly Basis in different European countries such as Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania or Turkey.
The present Research aims to determine the added value of Facility Management (FM) and the Parameters influencing the Magnitude with the help of science models and methods. Furthermore, the Organisation of FM, Outsourcing, New wys of Working and IT Support by FM are investigated. The study is conducted among the Top 500 companies in Spain (ranking is sales driven) from different types of industries.
Thereby, the Project has been divided into different Points structured as follows:
-Introduction and Background of the FM world. Presentation of the objectives and scope
-Selection of the Research methodology
-Review of the most relevent literature about the Topic, focused in the actual Spain market.
-Analyse the Surveys outcomes and present the results
-Show the most relevant conclusions exracted from research
