English abstract:
This paper presents a hysteresis compensating control scheme that uses two piezoelectric transducers with similar hysteretic behavior. The transducers are supplied with the same voltage and the measured displacement of one of them is used to operate the other one in "open-loop", thereby reducing the hysteresis for a triangular reference signal with a frequency of 1 Hz from 17.5% to 1.5 %. In order to avoid a signi_cant increase of the capacitive load of the piezo amplifier, two transducers of the same material but different sizes are used, which reduces the required current by 47% while maintaining the reduced hysteresis of the positioning system.
